Fully realised project

During the development process, I realised that these expressions form a much wider and constantly changing vocabulary. The zine therefore became a starting point for a larger project. This dictionary expands the collection and reorganises it into clearer entries, combining linguistic explanation with cultural context. By documenting these words, the project aims to record a specific moment in contemporary Chinese internet culture and to reflect on how language evolves to express emotional life in digital environments.
